Renova Property Solutions wasn't founded in a boardroom; it was built on decades of grit, technical expertise, and a deep-seated understanding of what "home" means to residents. While our company name might be new to the market, our leadership is anything but.

Between Simon Jones and the fellow Directors, we bring over 100 years of combined experience directly to your housing stock. We have spent our careers on the front lines—managing large-scale void programmes, navigating the complexities of gas and heating compliance, and delivering the cyclical decorations that keep communities proud of where they live.

Why We Started

After a century of collective experience working within the traditional contractor model, we realised that the "personal touch" was being lost. Larger firms often prioritise volume over value, and the expertise promised at the tender stage rarely makes it to the doorstep.

Simon and the team founded Renova Property Solutions to change that. We wanted to create a business where the Directors aren't just names on a letterhead, but active leaders on every project. We’ve taken 100 years of "lessons learned" and distilled them into a lean, responsive, and highly technical maintenance partner.
